Terms of Service | Noble Cash For Car Guys
Terms of Service Effective 5 September 2026 Version 1.0

Terms of
Service

These terms cover the use of noblecashforcarguys.ca and the vehicle buying, towing and removal services we provide. Requesting a quote, calling or texting us, or booking a pickup means you accept them.

SECTION 01

Who we are

Noble Cash For Car Guys ("we", "us", "our") buys scrap, used and non-running vehicles, buses, forklifts and heavy equipment across the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, and removes them at no cost to the seller. We operate from 10810 Timberland Rd, Surrey, BC, seven days a week.

What we don't do

We buy vehicles. We do not sell used parts, pull parts to order, or run a parts counter. We do not provide roadside assistance, boosts, lockouts or emergency towing. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer of those services.

SECTION 02

Quotes and pricing

Any number we give you by phone, text, email or through the quote form is based entirely on what you tell us about the vehicle. It is a firm offer against that description — not against a different vehicle.

Our driver confirms the offer at the pickup location. The number can change if the vehicle turns out to be materially different from what was described: a missing engine, transmission, catalytic converter, wheels or body panels, a vehicle that can't be reached by the truck, or paperwork that doesn't match. We will tell you why before anything is loaded.

You can decline at that point at no cost and with no obligation. Quotes reflect scrap metal prices on the day they are given and are valid for seven days unless we say otherwise.

SECTION 03

Ownership and identification

You must be at least nineteen years of age and be the registered owner of the vehicle, or hold written authority from the owner to sell it.

  • Government-issued photo identification is required at pickup, and we are required to record it.
  • Vehicle registration or transfer papers in your name are required. No proof of ownership means no purchase — there are no exceptions to this.
  • The vehicle must be free of liens, finance encumbrances and outstanding claims. If a lien surfaces after purchase, you agree to reimburse us the full amount paid plus any costs we incur.
  • Removing the licence plates and cancelling insurance with ICBC is your responsibility. We are not liable for registration, insurance or fees that continue after the vehicle leaves your possession.

We may decline any vehicle at any point up to and including the moment of pickup if ownership cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

SECTION 04

Pickup and access

Pickup windows are estimates. Traffic, weather, dispatch volume and mechanical problems move them around, and we do not guarantee an exact arrival time. If we're running late, we'll tell you.

  • The vehicle must be legally accessible to a tow truck, and you must have the authority to let us onto the property. Vehicles on strata, rental or municipal property need the owner's or manager's permission before we attend.
  • Clear out your belongings before we arrive. Once a vehicle is loaded we cannot guarantee the return of anything left inside it, and we are not responsible for it.
  • The vehicle must not contain hazardous or prohibited material — propane tanks, fuel drums, paint, solvents, asbestos, biological waste or firearms. Any cost, fine or liability arising from such material is yours.
  • If you cancel after the truck has been dispatched, or the vehicle isn't there, or it's materially different from what you described, we may charge a reasonable dispatch fee to cover the run.

We take reasonable care during loading. Vehicles that have sat for years can leave marks, stains or ruts on the surface underneath them, and we are not liable for that where reasonable care was taken.

SECTION 05

Payment

You are paid in cash, in your hand, before the vehicle goes on the deck. Not after, and not by cheque in the mail. Payment is made once the transfer documents are signed and identification has been verified.

Once the paperwork is signed and payment is made, the sale is final and title in the vehicle passes to us. We do not offer deposits, holds or advance payments.

SECTION 06

Text messages and email

If you tick the SMS consent box on our quote form, text us first, or ask a staff member to text you, you're agreeing to receive text messages from us about your quote, pickup scheduling and occasional offers.

Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can get a quote, sell us a vehicle and book a pickup without ever opting in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The full messaging terms are set out in our SMS Terms & Conditions, and how we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. Both form part of these terms. Commercial email is sent only in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, and every message carries a working unsubscribe link.

SECTION 07

Using this website

Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data from it, submit false vehicle or contact details, or use the phone number and email published here for unsolicited marketing.

The text, layout, photographs, video, logo and branding on this site belong to Noble Cash For Car Guys or are used under licence, and may not be copied or republished without written permission. SECTION 08

Disclaimers and liability

This website and its content are provided as is. Price ranges, estimates, service areas and turnaround times shown here are general information, not guarantees. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing on it is legal, tax, insurance or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by British Columbia law, Noble Cash For Car Guys, its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data or personal property left in a vehicle. Our total liability arising out of our services or this website is limited to the amount paid or payable for the vehicle concerned.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.

SECTION 09

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Noble Cash For Car Guys against any claim, loss, fine or expense arising from a breach of these terms, from a misrepresentation of ownership or vehicle condition, or from hazardous material left in a vehicle we purchased from you.

SECTION 10

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published here at the time you use the site or our services.

SECTION 11

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of British Columbia.
