& Conditions

These terms govern the SMS messaging program operated by Noble Cash For Car Guys. By giving us your mobile number and consenting to text messages, you agree to what follows. If you don't agree, don't opt in — it changes nothing about your ability to sell us a vehicle.

SECTION 01What the program is

We use SMS to quote on vehicles, confirm pickup times, let you know when a driver is on the way, and occasionally tell you when scrap prices have moved enough to be worth a re-quote. That's it. We don't send daily blasts and we don't sell your number to anyone who does.

SECTION 02How you opt in

You join by ticking the SMS consent box on our quote form, by texting us first, or by telling a staff member directly and confirming it in writing. The box is never pre-ticked, and it sits separately from email consent so you can choose one without the other.

SECTION 03How you opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us and you'll be removed. You'll get one final confirmation text and then nothing further. You can also call (236) 864-7616 or email info@noblecashforcarguys.ca and ask to be taken off.

If you opt out and later want back in, just tick the box again on a new quote request or text us START.

SECTION 04Getting help

Reply HELP to any message and we'll send back our contact details. For anything the automated reply doesn't cover, call (236) 864-7616 during business hours, seven days a week, 7am to 7pm Pacific.

SECTION 05Frequency, cost and delivery

• Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the process. An active quote might mean several messages in a day; a dormant contact might get a handful a year.
• Message and data rates may apply. What you're charged is between you and your mobile carrier — we don't control it and we don't receive any part of it.
• Delivery isn't guaranteed. Carriers filter, networks drop messages, and phones go out of range. If something is time-sensitive, we'll call.
• Supported on major Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SECTION 06Your number and your device

Give us a number you actually control. If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us — otherwise messages meant for you go to whoever gets that number next, which is bad for both of you.

SECTION 07Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share them only with the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 08Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Continuing to receive messages after an update means you accept the revised terms — and if you don't, Section 03 is two words long.
